About the foundation
Welcome to the Humanistic Management Foundation. Humanistic Management promotes human dignity in business and society. It is a management philosophy and movement founded in St.Gallenin 2007. It has entered management education, research, and practice since then. The foundation was established to support a committed group of companies, their thriving, and sound leadership successionfor them. The foundation’s motto is vivat, floreat, crescat, which is what we wish for human dignity in business –mayit grow and prosper.
About the founder
Dr.mult. Wolfgang Amann is a top management consultant, keynote speaker, researcher, author, educator, higher education expert, experienced C-level executive and entrepreneur. He has a faculty affiliation with HEC Paris in Qatar for strategy and leadership. He has been directing degree, certificate, open enrolment, and custom programs for over 25 years.He published 50+ books for executives and won numerous awards for his research, teaching, and academic impact. In his free time, he participates in long-distance running and Ironman races.
